What payment methods do you accept?

How long will delivery take?
We offer several types of shipping services, you should generally receive your item within 2 to 10 days, depending on your location. For further info on your item delivery time please refer to our Shipping & Return section.

Do you ship internationally?
We are proud to offer international shipping. Please expect orders to be processed within 3-5 business days and approximately 6 to 12 business days of shipping time. Do I need an account to place an order?

Do you have discounts for returning customers?
At the moment we don't offer discounts for returning customers but subscribing to our newsletter will allow you to receive a special discount on your first order. Plus you will be able to receive updates ad special offers.
How can I track my order?
Within 1-5 business days from placing your order, depending on your location, you will receive a tracking number via email containing your package’s tracking information. Once you receive your tracking details simply enter your tracking number on the currier website (link provided in the email) to check the status of your shipping.
Can I get my item customized?
Many of our products can be personalized. On the product page, in the description, if the item can be personalized, you will see if customization options are available. Customization of our items includes: engraving of initials or dates; choice of different color according to our availability; measurement and resizing of the item to meet your needs.
